"The house is fabulous. Very clean, well decorated with lovely wall art. New kitchen and bathrooms contaning everything you could hope for. Large smart tv. Prime position close to the pub, swimming and beach path. In our experience, one of the best 2 bedroom houses on the bay. Highly recommended, we hope to return very soon."

"Outside of school holidays, so very quiet and peaceful. Friendly people to talk to, though and someone told me how to access the cliff top walk to Hunmanby Gap which was a great walk to the beach cafe for breakfast, even when the tide was up. Lovely clean, comfortable, bright and cheerful house."

There’s nothing that hasn’t been thought of It really was home from home even down to a ninja double airfryer. The apartment has been finished off to a high standard but it’s still very homely. A comfy bed too. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and look forward to our next visit."
