"The property was very welcoming and clean. We were very comfortable staying here. We mainly cooked our own meals but on the first night we had a meal at the pub. We had a great time and felt very safe."

"There was lots of room of the 8 of us, liked the idea of a tv room for the children and a lounge for adults. There wasn't enough utensils in the kitchen for such a big group but I've spoken to the owner and he will rectify that. House was so close to the shops, which are lovely, restaurants very good and Tesco 5 min walk away, beach 10 mins down and 30 mins back!! Lovely clean beach, so all in all, lovely break."

"The apartment is clean, comfortable and well equipped providing a warm, relaxing space after a day out. I had been concerned about the distance to Filey but we were able to walk there on the beach each day and make use of the excellent Coaster bus service back at high tide."
