"It needs to be made clearer when booking that there are no staff on site and to gain entry you have to contact the management. This is almost impossible to do as phone number is incorrect and just gives an incorrect number message. We eventually stumbled across a mobile number by googling, no one would answer the call but did thankfully text back and we were then able to gain entry. All this whilst standing outside in the pouring rain. This happened also to other travellers after we had arrived...
