"Beautiful outlook and clean. Buggy was great. I asked for the beds in the second bedroom to be two singles but it was left together, no problem really, I just slept with my grandson. Murphy bed in the second bedroom wasn’t stable if my granddaughter rolled towards the wall (It started to fold up) so we didn’t use it. Great pool area. We enjoyed our stay."

"Breakfast buffet was great with a wide selection of food. Beach area was beautiful with lots of activities to do. Hamilton island is a great location to get to the whitehaven beach. Our hotel room was spacious and has stunning view of the bay. However, the room is showing its age and the bathroom smelled musty and window screen was torn and dirty. The bedroom floor was a bit sticky not sure what they use for cleaning so wear slippers. Birds were plenty and nice to see but can get aggressive with food around flying to tables for scraps. Overall outside of the minor issues, great place to vacation in."

"I loved my stay…it is a tropical paradise, I will miss waking up first thing sitting on my little balcony with my first coffee for the day and enjoying all the beautiful birdsong. watching gorgeous butterflies fluttering everywhere. Walking the trails. Dips in the sea and lazing around the pool. Cocktails on the beach watching the sun go down Peace and quiet was what I was looking for and I definitely found it here . I would love to stay another time in the future. Thank you Palm Bay for a great stay… Joy"

"Had a fantastic trip here. Facilities were excellent, however the hotel was looking a little dirty and tired. Considering the price per night, and the extremely high prices for all the food and beverages, I would have thought this would have been a bit more up to scratch. Most of the staff were very friendly."

"I would say 9.5/10 considering price tag. Staffs for transfer were perfect. All accurate, efficient and kind.Property is located centre of the island so very convinent. View is more than I imagined. Highly recommended if you chasing mindblowing view of the island and Marina.Bathroom on each room is great advantage if you travelling with large group. Only 0.5 wasnt fully enough were pool was not heated enough and clean. Also, there was no working hairdryer so make sure to bring your own.Otherthan everything is perfect."

"Stunning property and great location with amazing views. This is an ideal property for couples or family as there is alot of space. The only issues were the ovens, one was not working and the other one was slow. The light switches in the house were placed randomly so it was super hard to find the right light for the area."
