"Wonderful large rooms, was really great to see a 90s style kept in such great order. Lots of beautiful timber work, ornate ceilings, stunning chandeliers everything was very stylish. I hope they keep this hotel it was a little bit outside of the centre. But it overlooked the river and mountains fantastic views. The staff were really great and the rooms were very clean on the whole we totally enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning on our next holiday. Thank you for a wonderful state."

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Melia Chiang Mai over Chinese New Year, and it exceeded our expectations. The hotel arranged a seamless airport pickup, which was a great start to our trip. The staff were absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. They even assisted us in booking a couple of excellent tours around the area. The buffet breakfast every morning was a highlight; delicious variety and great quality to fuel our days. I really enjoyed the well-equipped gym and the relaxing pool—perfect for unwinding. Location-wise, a lot of Chiang Mai's nightlife, markets, and restaurants are just a short walk away, making it super convenient. Overall, a luxurious and comfortable spot with excellent service. We'd happily return!"

"The room was clean and absolutely beautiful. The architecture and decor were simply exceptional. The calm and tranquility of the hotel at night was so perfect. The staff were among the best in Thailand that we experienced. They helped us arrange a car for a day of sightseeing, made an amazing breakfast, and were so accommodating and friendly! This was the best hotel we stayed at in Thailand by far."

"The hotel was very clean, the staff are friendly and seem to run it as a little family. There’s a coffee shop at the front that’s serves a lovely coffee in the morning upon your exit. There are plenty of little food places near by and the old town is a short grab ride away (10 mins) it will cost around 80 Thai bhrt for the ride. Would I stay here again for the price yes 👍. "
