"The staff was amazing and knew the guests by name. Korn went above and beyond to assist in getting a box for us to package a purchased item for our trip home. The daily fresh fruit delivered to the room and fresh squeezed juice at breakfast were both nice. The kayaks were great for a quick ocean adventure. The tour desk assisted in arranging tours, massages, and a private driver. We also enjoyed just staying at the resort and relaxing. "

"To the owners of this hotel.... Receptionist was extremely rude, not helpful and pushy. Hot water didn't work properly, had to get a room change to use wi-fi and breakfast was less than satisfactory. The only positive was the bag-man who was quick and helped out as much as possible. "

"The staff always smiles which makes enjoy my time. Always happy to fulfill any request. It’s a small island filled with wonderful people, very inviting and happy just to share a smile! Getting anywhere on the island is never more than an hour away. Traffic looks daunting but once you get used to the proper side of the road, it’s more forgiving than it looks. People will always give you room. Hotel rooms are always clean, pool is clean and enjoyable to watch the little ones having fun."
