"Great hotel, always felt very clean and staff were always extremely friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the Nespresso machines in the rooms and the two bars. "

"The breakfast was great. I enjoyed the salmon eggs Benedict and , a rarity, an excellent cup of tea. We did experience inadequate water temperature for bathing at night. A storm knocked out the elevators on the day of our departure so we were delayed because we did not want to carry our luggage down 11 floors. We were eventually rescued by staff who took us down in the service elevator. "
