"Pricing I paid could have been cheaper for the room it was…. Which is what it was, just a room and a small bathroom. Good for short trips definitely not made for more than a 2 night stay. "The property was very dirty and hadn't been cleaned for a while. There was no housekeeping service, and it was full of bugs and roaches. The breakfast consisted of a frozen egg and sausage sandwich with no place to sit, so it had to be taken to the room. I switched to several rooms, all of which had similar problems. The door lock was broken, making it extremely unsafe. It was my worst experience in several years and an absolute waste of money."

"My parents used to bring us here for our family vacations back in the 90s. It was a nice motel then. Things have been updated since. We had a nice stay and we will be back again. The only complaint we had was the cleaning lady never came to our room even when we left the little sign on the door handle. I had to go to the office to request more towels. But we were only there for 2 nights so, no biggy for us. So close to the beach and boardwalk. We will be back. "

"This place was perfect for us. We were coming for a quick getaway and this place was extremely clean, no weird smells, and looks like the pictures. Two things I want to mention that could help with booking is the campground does rent out bikes and I think kayaks which would have been helpful to know ahead of time. Also we couldn’t find towels which was a first for me in a bnb. Not a big deal for us because we wanted new ones for home anyway. Thanks for a great weekend and we will definitely be...

A gem in Ocean City
"I was worried while waiting for our trip that I had made a mistake. This is a pet friendly hotel, what if I was woken up by barking dogs? Previous reviewers complained about the cleanliness and the breakfast quality. What if we had to go out for breakfast every morning and I hadn’t budgeted for that additional cost? Well, I was worried for nothing. None of that was true. The hotel was clean. I saw a few dogs, but didn’t hear a single one of them bark. The breakfast was on par with what most hotels offer as a ‘hot breakfast’. I can only assume previous reviews don’t travel very often. There were four waffle makers, bagels, toast, muffins, sausage links, potatoes (skip those), hotel eggs (iykyk), oatmeal, 3 different cereals, coffee, and juices. The ladies who run the breakfast stations are wonderful and cheerful every morning. The hotel is second row to the beach, so an easy walk. There is a bus stop right at the hotel so getting down to the boardwalk is fast and easy. The bus cost $4 for an all day ticket, cash only. If you wanna get to the boardwalk quicker, go across the street and use the bus stop at Burger King. The hotel is beside and down the street from quite a few restaurants. Honestly, I only moved the car once during our whole stay because the location was so convenient. This place is reasonably priced for all you get here! "
