"The property was great and perfect for an extended stay. We stayed in the Revolution Lofts and the location was walking distance to everything we wanted. The coffee shop in the lobby was great as well. It was also very convenient to have the kitchenette so did not have to eat out for every meal. "

"Staff wasn't friendly or greeting. Valet was okay but expensive didn't know they had bell services as they were never around to help or offer help. Room was good but was let down by the staff. "

"The bathroom was beyond small and one person barely fits. I did not realize this and it really did make my stay less positive. The hotel itself is clean and the food was great. "

"The check in staff was not friendly. I received an email to check in online. I did so. When I arrived at the hotel I was told only one of the 2 rooms that I booked can be checked in online . I had to check in for the 2nd at the desk. The waiting time was long, only 1 person multitasking. I wasted my time checking in online. Also unable to get WiFi."

"This was the perfect place to stay for our trip to Boston for St. Patrick's Day. The apartment was spotless. Rooms were big enough. Kitchen just the right size. It is on the 3rd floor if that is an issue for anyone with stairs. Our host was beyond friendly and helpful. I had questions on how to take the T to get into Downtown Boston and her response was immediate. No question I would rent this space again when we are back in Boston!"

"We stayed with John on our college visit tour and this little gem was the absolute home away from home we needed. It was spacious and clean and the laundry /kitchen set up left nothing to be desired. All the small creature comforts were met too. Location felt safe and we were able to maneuver too many landmarks and lots of shopping too. Grocery store walkable distance. To top it all off, we left some things behind in our gracious host alerted us and shipped them to our house. I can’t recommend 34 Perrin more highly! "
