"I was initially suspicious of the reviews of this place that talked about how wonderful the staff was. They almost seemed like the staff wrote them lol. But the staff really is just amazing! My only minor complaint was that the lobby restaurant didn't seem to be open when it was supposed to be, but it may have just been you had to ask for assistance there first or something.
