I had three concerns, two of which were in the bathroom. I was unable to get the water temp adjusted in the shower and the hot/cold water in sink were reversed. My third concern was the neighborhood. There is only one tv in the home which was a slight issue considering we had our children with us. But they were able to use tablets and had great WiFi in the apartment. Beds were comfortable and access to a kitchen to cook dinners was convenient as well. Would stay again for a short trip."

"This is a great property if you plan to drop your bags and go out! It’s conveniently 1 mile from Raymond James Stadium. This studio has everything you need for a short stay. The neighborhood is nice but I would not recommend walking anywhere around, there really isn’t anything else there anyways. I would absolutely stay again for a stadium event."

"This is a nice property. Unfortunately, there was miscommunication with maintenance and our spot wasn’t ready upon arrival. However, management was onsite made it right by switching us to a different space on the same property and was pretty quick about it. They must have been replacing the roof during our stay so it was noisy but not at night. There are bright lights on outside that bedroom window. Overall, it was a good stay and we’d stay there again. "I have never stayed with Mint before and I had a last minute booking for Memorial Day weekend and they had the best price so I gave it a chance. I must say my expectations were more than met!!!
