"Location to property is excellent if you’re planning to go to Busch gardens or that area. House is okay for a short stay. However, place needs a bit more cleaning. Towels were wore down and smelled! Only 1 tv in the whole place. "

"It is a great space, clean and fun. Fit my needs perfectly. "

"It was just a short jaunt to downtown St petersburg. Good for 1 or 2 people for a short stay. Would give it a #5 for ease of stay. Host was very responsive with any questions. VERY accomodating!"

"-Easy access to/from highway -Initial thought from outside: house was rundown and needed upkeep. -Neighborhood not as bad as other reviews made it seem. -Wasp situation needs to be taken care of -Inside was also rundown but main areas were relatively clean such as beds but overall aspect of house created doubts on how clean things actually were. -Wasn’t the most comfortable but dealt with it for a night. Beds for example, not being able to sit on a couch."

"we totally enjoyed our stay didnt spend alot of time there but comfortable when there, great location to do many things in in a short time. Questions were answers very quickly. Would recommend if visiting Tampa area. Did a online search of the neighborhood and have to say so much nicer than online search. Thanks for having us"

"The VRBO is very clean and is in an ideal location!"

"The property was very clean. We arrived without any checkin instructions despite having asked for them 3 times. He finally sent a code but as there was more than one unit on the property we wasted 20 minutes trying to get into the wrong door. No AC or TV instructions and we couldn't get either to respond .it was a frustrating way to start the weekend."
