"The view was phenomenal. The pub down the road was great for fish and chips. Easy walk to Vauxhall station. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The doormen were especially delightful. The only problem was we opted for the eco friendly option of not having our room cleaned everyday. However, I dropped the remote and it went under the bed. Picking it up, I saw an inch of dust and instantly knew why I thought I must of caught a cold on the flight over. Housekeeping must swiffer around the bed and not under it! 😳 Otherwise, great stay… GREAT LOCATION!! "

"Location, location! Good room, with queen bed (not a tiny double), working AC. Hotel has a surprisingly good paid breakfast, with much better meat and pastry options than many. What really makes it though is just a wonderful location in Kensington, walkable to the park, tons of restaurants, and only 2 blocks to Gloucester tube station which is on 3 main lines."

"We have been excited about CitizenM since we had a surprisingly great and completely satisfying experience at the San Francisco hotel and in London last week.. One of the big drivers was how low the cost was compared to other hotels. The $200 per night cost now seems a thing of the past because rates now average $400 per night in Chicago. This increased cost alone caused us not to book the CitizenM in Chicago even though we just paid $125 to get additional perks at its other hotels. We will now stay at the new super clean Swiss Hotel for $200 a night. Are these higher prices a result of Marriott recently purchasing CitizenM? I hope they don’t ruin the CitizenM concept."
