"Top Marks go to the staff. Everyone one I came into contact with was about proving quality customer service. With a shout out to Vinny and Cheyenne, thank you for helping to make my stay great. The room was very clean and quiet. The bed was what I needed after driving 6 hours. The breakfest was very good with great selection. I definitely will be making my reservations with Hampton Inn & Suites Cleveland Mentor next time I'm in the area. Thank you for a great experience."
