"I booked 3 rooms ( 2 room with 2 queens beds and 1 room with king bed) , it was spacious and clean, the front desk service was very helpful and nice, it was my son's 6th birthday and they allowed me to use the griller and picnic area beside the pool. My son loves the breakfast they serve. They are very accommodating. I will surely come back again. The only thing I'm not fun off are the stairs and too many doors. I know it's just on the second level but I struggled bringing up and down our staffs. Also it's hard if you have children. Maybe next time I will choose the ground level. Overall I'm happy and satisfied on our stay there."

"The room was very beautiful with a very stunning view of the Riverside, it was a lovely setting. Unfortunately that is the only excellent thing. On arrival at the hotel, I was told I had to pay extra for parking which was very off putting because the room i booked was already expensive, I believe guests should not be made to pay for parking after paying such a significant sum per night not to mention they never stated parking was a separate fee so i was caught off guard on arrival. Secondly, the sheets on the bed were dirty and unfortunately I did not notice until the next day at checkout time otherwise i would have asked for a new duvet that's how dirty it was. I don't believe the sheets were changed before my arrival and if they were they were not washed properly. Third, not even one complimentary bottle of water as a courtesy to guests. Lastly and the worse of it all I believe the room I stayed in "room 828" has bed bugs. I returned to my house with small red itchy bumps all over my body, my hands, my legs, my neck, my back, red bite marks, I am itching all over. This has never happened to me before something bit me while i was sleeping in that room. If i could attach pictures i would to show how bad it is. The only thing nice about my stay was the view of the water everything else was awful; hidden fees, dirty sheets, bed bugs, I would not recommend at all. Not worth the money I spent at all i still don't know what i paid for."
