"A large window in our first room the seal was broken and you could not see out at all. The manager came to see it promptly but I can't imagine this was the first they knew of it. The second room we went to the stopper for the tub was broken. The chicken sausages for the breakfast were undercooked, the eggs were wet in texture and the thin pancakes in the warmer all the edges were hard. "

"Absolutely have to visit Kimberly at the Library Bar!! You will never find another Bay Street sandwich anywhere as good as here (roast beef au jus sandwich)!! The staff are very accommodating and a true pleasure. Shopping is amazing as you can get to the Eaton Center underground. The CN tower for dinner is amazing and a nice experience. Will return soon!!"
