"Comfortable house stay, we used as a 1 night stopover on way to Cornwall. It's not particularly scenic, being at the end of an unloved housing estate. The property is clean and practical, but could do with a few tidying up jobs doing. I haven't had to pay a deposit on any other holiday accommodation we have stayed in, it was refunded to us. "

"The apartment was amazingly clean. There was everything in there you could want Communication was outstanding. Very close to all amenities. All within 5 minute walk. I would highly recommend to anyone to use this apartment. Number 10 "

"Lovely clean caravan. Plenty of space inside and out. Communication with owners was good, with fast replies. Location was good with easy access to shops, bars, entertainment and beach. "

"Booked the house to stay, 5 months in advance. Had no contact from the owner, so emailed with 1 month until stay date. Was assured everything was fine. They contacted a week and half before stay date to cancel due to routine maintenance. Three hours on the phone to book somewhere else, to be told I had to wait 72 hours before we could rebook. Asked to have my money back and was told 14 days for a refund. Shocking service!"

"What a beautiful place to stay, the hotel and the town is wonderful. The only thing that disappointed us is we were not staying longer. Our check in was smooth and the gentleman was very pleasant. It is nice and close to lots of shops, food, and local talents. A great experience "

"The hotel and room were incredible! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Only surprise was learning the thermal spa was closed for the week, which I was not aware of when I booked (and was a consideration for booking). Nevertheless, a wonderful experience! "
