"First and foremost, the staff here are wonderful and the property is beautiful. We have stayed 2x so far and it won't be our last! Great location, clean rooms, very comfy beds and nice views. I can't comment on the pool because both times we stayed was out of season. But it's a straight shot to the beach and OOB is a short walk. The location is perfect. Only downside is the train that comes by. But honestly, if you're doing it right you will be so dead tired you won't care. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Went on a Friday- Sunday Staff was great rooms are clean lots of young loud teens hanging out all hours of the night out in the parking lots little tricky with toddlers or any one trying to take a night walk one would think being so far from the attractions it would be the complete opposite but overall great experience on the staff’s behalf!"

"The charm of this location is that it was further down the beach area than the crowds at the Pier, and the exterior grounds are well-maintained with a view towards the ocean off of the balcony. The rooms are very dated, and the bathroom and shower (no tub) are in a closet-sized space. While the "living room" area is nice if you need the sleeper sofa, that space could have been smaller to allow for the basic bathroom space one expects in a room. Everyone uses the bathroom, not everyone needs a pullout sofa. The price was reasonable given it was Summer season. In hindsight, I should have paid an additional $30 per night to have stayed in a place closer to the Pier that I knew were more updated."

"The beach views were specular, and just a few steps away from great morning and evening strolls on the beach. It was a great spot for our extended family celebration. The house is well situated, both in location and amenities. The host was great with answering our questions and providing advice."

"A great house and location. Lots of room for my family of 9. It could use some more essentials though. Very little kitchen supplies. Also needs some updated pictures. There was no hot tub and pictures showed more couches. So not lots of sitting areas. My family had a great time though"
