"After reviewing the property and overall guest experience, I wanted to share some constructive feedback from a property management and hospitality perspective. The property itself has strong potential, an excellent location, and many qualities that make it appealing to guests. However, there currently appears to be a noticeable gap between the pricing being presented and the overall operational and presentation standards being delivered compared to other hotels and professionally managed properties in the surrounding market. While there are no major structural concerns, several areas would benefit from additional attention to detail, preventative maintenance, and cosmetic refreshing. General repainting, touch-up work, surface refinishing, and improvements to overall presentation would significantly elevate the guest experience and help the property better align with guest expectations at this price point. At the moment, certain aspects of the property feel slightly below the standard guests now associate with premium hospitality accommodations. Small cosmetic issues, aging finishes, inconsistent detailing, and reactive maintenance collectively impact the perception of quality and value, even when the property itself remains highly desirable. "Breakfast was very good and had hot and cold foods available."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fine, to be expected. The shuttle was right on time every 20 minutes and to the airport quickly. Pick shuttle up on upper floor (top) at door 2. Two top rated Chicago Pizza restaurants within a blocks walk. Good place for a quick layover. "

"Everything was great, except that my room was near the front desk, and at night I could hear the front desk attendants talk and I could hear them in my room really loud. Loud enough to wake me up and not let me sleep. "

"Their website says it's pet friendly, which is completely false. There was no point in having pillows since they're almost as flat as the actual bed. Props to their ac, works great. There was nobody there to receive keys when I went in. It was an ok stay, but them not taking pets was infuriating."
