"The amenities were poorly maintained and not well cleaned. There was a broken toilet seat and we could not use it, broken shower tray and mould, cobwebs everwhere. We had no extra bedding for the guest sleeping on the sofa bed. There was a horrible smell in one bedroom and bathroom so we don't believe they have been fully cleaned. We tried numerous times to speak to the host to get this solved but no effort was made and our calls were ignored. Vrbo customer service were helpless and only said...

"Found the property easily and check in was seamless. Taken aback by the poor state of the entrance and even more by the staircase leading to the door of the appartment. Once in, everything was fine. Cleanliness was OK, bathroom floors could have done with a closer look and hairs were find in bedsheets... The 3* come from the fact that the bedroom with the yellow blancket was right on the boulevard and the window was broken (couldnt be closed) and therefore kept creeping open onto a busy road...
