Nice but older

Great value hotel. Very clean. Great staff and room 29 was large and comfy with skylights to let in the starlight and morning sun (I was lucky to have good weather) reasonable quiet considering location is on a busy road. I could hear noise from room below but it was bearable. Good all rounder and for the price was a pleasant surprise.

Very close to public transportation. Good breakfast.

All staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was good though the toaster is a little slow. Room was lovely however in the current heat would have appreciated air conditioning or a fan to cool the room down. Would also have appreciated the room to have a safe available. Extremely enjoyable stay and will definitely visit again.

Lovely, lots of pictures and photos on the walls

Very helpful staff

Very nice location. So close to pier and city center. People were friendly. Will book again.

Nice breakfast and view

Excellent staff, especially the bar staff

The hotel had a certain ambience to it - with the staff making it a great experience! Thank you to Claudia, Amy, Carol, Carter and others for their kind and warm help. They all took great care to make our stay wonderful. The food at the restaurant is very good. We ate breakfast there daily and had dinner there twice. The bedroom is decorated nicely - with the exception of the ill-fitting lamp shades. A minor thing but easily fixable. I would suggest adding some decorative pulls for hanging coats...
