"The hotel is great. Right in T5. The reception staff are 5 star and the restaurant staff are great too. No plug sockets beside the beds is a huge no from me so won’t stay again but gave 5 stars as it’s so comfortable and offers great service "

We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay in London, as the hotel is located in a very central area of Kensington with easy access to transport facilities."

"The staff here are amazing, so friendly and helpful we’ve stayed here before and weren’t disappointed with most aspects of our stay. Our only disappointment was the ‘bathroom’ in our room. It was too small and therefore very uncomfortable. Previously, we have always had a really nice, comfortable bathroom in our room so this was a big disappointment. Other than that, everything else was very good."
