"We had issue with our original property. However, it was esybto communicate with the staff and they promptly moved us to a different property which is even much more better than the previous. Staff were courteous and responded to our needs promptly. Its been less than a few days we moved out. Hence, i am awaiting a refund of the deposit paid. Otherwise, i appreciate the service provided."

"Arrived to find directions sent us to the wrong place. Arrived at apartments and checked in. Room on 2nd floor. No TV remote. 50% of LED spotlights not working. No light switch near bed (so had to stumble through dark room to bed). No reading lights. So eventually to bed. Next morning dived in shower (quite good) to find NO TOWELS. Very disappointed "

The communication from the property management team was good, with clear guidance on entry, location etc. That’s where it starts to go wrong. Poorly maintained inside the building with stains all over the floor. 1 x double bed and 2 x single was the description. "Great central location albeit a little hard to find from the street. Flat is in need of redecoration and a proper clean. Dust all over, clumps of hair on the floor, the hardwood flooring has seen better days and is coming up in places. Be warned, lots of steps to get to property with no lighting. "

"First and foremost, do not book this place. We arrived at the property around 5pm because we had been at the museum all afternoon. Before getting there, we had picked up ready meals for dinner. We discovered 5 minutes after arrival that the property had no power. It was clear that the power had been shut off by power company or similar as no issues with the fuse box. We were in a what's app chat with property management and let them know and they stated that they couldn't get it fixed so...

"The flat was idea for our stay in Newcastle for our daughter's graduation. It is located very close to the city centre and also near Newcastle University. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Newcastle."

Tried mobile number on booking which was out if service - never received any details on how to get in (even if we’d have found it!) hotels.com we’re next to useless, also couldn’t contact the property nor could they book us anywhere near...

"If you are going to Newcastle, just book this place. Its 5 min walk from the station and so central for the nightlife. Great pub underneath and food options everywhere. The apartment was clean and well laid out, the communication from Gary was spot on. Dont think, just book it."

"At the last minute (day before) my accommodation was cancelled & I was given 2 alternative options, given the lateness I opted for one, it was good, but the instructions to enter underground car park & accommodation was extremely very poor, resulting in me getting very stressed & having to phone the letting agent, wasn't happy at all, they apologised & said they'd get back to me, after they read the instructions of an email I got, still awaiting their reply. Disappointed"

"Booked for a girls trip to Newcastle. The owner contacted me at 1:30pm when check-in is at 2pm saying we need to be a £40 cleaning fee and once this is paid then we can get the code to retrieve the house key. This was not stated before booking. We did not pay this fee as the house was no clean. Cobwebs, dust, mould in shower and flies in most rooms as they had left the windows open. "Property was as described on Vrbo , fairly easy to locate , although (What 3 Words ) app might be an idea to add to info . on arrival parking space was inadequate for family size car . Outside of property there was rubbish left by front door ie old floor covering and wood which didn’t give a good first impression . House was clean , and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay . Only down side was the smell of damp .. overall happy with our stay ."
