The only negative I would say is that if people are talking in the corridor you can hear them in your room. "The room was clean, modern,spacious with great pillows however, the mattresses were REALLY firm. I saw a couple of other reviews about this and they were right! I like a firm mattress but this was a bit too much. The staff were friendly. Mirage and Matsubishi restaurants - staff are okay personally, could have been more attentive, had to always flag them down for additional wine, food, receipt,etc. Great location - and the view of the harbour was beautiful. Would stay here again for sure. Pool is really nice - with attentive service and handy QR code ordering option. "
