"Excellent place"

"The only suggestion i have is the outer doors should be locked ar all times if you could use your key to open the outer doors would be great. We had an issue at 4:00 in the morning with a man dressed only in shorts and socks banging on a door for 20 minutes we called the desk but the man walked away before if someone came at all . Also guests who are traveling do check out early it would be a nice suggestion if they could get a cup of coffee to go when they are checking out. Other than the man i still give the place 5 stars"

"Check-in was challenging. The first thing I heard was, 'I don’t have a room,' which was abrupt and unwelcoming. I even asked if the staff member worked there due to the unprofessional greeting. Thankfully, the rest of the process went smoothly. Dequan, please work on your customer service manners. The hotel offers great shuttle service, making it a convenient choice for an overnight stay near LaGuardia Airport."
