"New hotel clean and spacy. Breakfast menu limited. Next to Air Train and subway. Close to delis and grocery store. Surrounding neighborhood rundown and dirty. "

"The room was clean upon arrival, I find a bed bug the 3rd day which was unsettling. Staff for the most part were just doing their job with being friendly. While sitting in the bar after I checked out nobody asked if I needed any help until after I bought something to drink. Then I was checked on and asked if I needed anything else. It’s definitely one of my favorite hotels to stay at when I visit. I hope my next visit in a couple of months is better. "
