"We were checking in around 6:30 on a Wed. I called for help with parking and the staff directed me to the parking garage over the supermarket across the street, but it said it closes at 10 pm and cars left would be booted. The traffic was very dense and we called back and a staff member went out back of the hotel, where there are a few parking spaces. He said one was open and directed us to the parking lot behind the hotel. He was comforting to me when I had never visited the Bronx before. I was pleased for the warm welcome."

"The customer service is amazing. Kelsy very personable, welcoming and accomodating. There pool was closed and the staff Kelsy and Brian went over and beyond to assist my need to access the pool and amenities at there sister hotel. I highly reccomend staying at their property."
