"Great location, just steps from the Empire State Building and only a short walk to Times Square. The rooftop area is a real highlight – the perfect spot to take in the city lights at night, with an unbeatable view of the Empire State Building right in front of you.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. Facilities were excellent and everything was well looked after. Honestly, can’t fault the place – would definitely recommend it to...

The rooms are on the smaller side, but that’s something that comes with the affordable price and good value of the hotel. The hotel is a short walk from Grand Central and the subway, which was very convenient. I appreciated the transparency on what I was paying and would totally stay here again. "
"The Lucerne is a beautiful hotel, the staff, especially the front door staff is amazing. Nice Matin is a great restaurant and just next door which is convenient. My only issue was that the beds are vey high and as a disabled person they were difficult to get into, i asked about a step stool but they did not have one. Other than that the hotel is very clean, the beds are comfortable and I felt safe."
