"This was a wonderful experience on our first trip to Branson. We have had bad experiences in the past trying to pick a hotel but this one didn't disappoint. Very affordable. Breakfast was wonderful, but some Continental breakfast choices would have been great too...Fruit and toast choices ( Bagels and cream cheese or English muffin) would have been great too... If we choose to travel to Branson ever again this would be our place to stay."

"Stayed here last week and our 1 bedroom 1 bath condo was very clean. Had a murphy bed for our teen daughter. Nice view of the lake and marina. Pools were really crowded as to be expected in 90-100 degree weather. The indoor water park is much needed. So many other things to do tho. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The rooms are very noisy. We could hear conversations in the next room and when they used their shower, we had to turn the TV up... It was that loud! Maintenance was done right outside our room at 8a, which was loud enough to wake us up. The room itself was clean but had a very squeaky fridge door and clanging bath exhaust fan, which they fixed after we complained. The beds are very soft, so if you need any back support, look elsewhere. It does have good recreational things for kids and...

"The front desk staff were rude, not helpful at all. I called down to the front desk because the air was not working and instead of the staff walking me through that there was a thermostat on the wall controlling the window unit, she said “well did you use the wall unit”? As if I should have known all the ins and outs of a place I have never been to. They slid my receipt under the door while we were sleeping. They did not include the deposit in the receipt when I asked why the deposit was not on...

"We stayed here with my young child for one night. The room was extremely clean including the floors. All furnishings and bedding appeared to be new and were in excellent condition. The bedding and towels were fluffy and the room air conditioning worked perfectly even on the 100 degree day we experienced; the room also stayed cool throughout the night. My daughter loved the pool and there were nice chairs poolside for me to use (and plenty of them). Our room looked out on the pool which was...
