"Good value. Building needs maintenance- we had to help other guests get into their rooms where doors were broken and door locks were sticking. Location fab for Portswood and easy to find parking on a Saturday night ."

"Cleanliness requires attention. Faced an issue with the lock while checking in and the customer support was very difficult to reach and help arrived almost after we being stranded for 2 hours . "
