"The only thing wrong with this stay was the Breakfast. Only 1 coffee machine working which caused a large que, no tea bags. Only eggs available were the already prepared scrambled egg. When I asked for fried eggs I was told it wasn’t an option to have any other eggs. Apart from that room all good and remainder of breakfast was good. If I travel from Liverpool airport again I more than likely stay at the Prem Inn."

"Big room but the heating wasn’t working so the room was freezing cold, there was an oil radiator placed under the desk for us to use with a letter apologising left on the desk with a free snack and drink, this consisted of a coffee and some crisps. Apparently 50% of the hotels heating wasn’t working. I didn’t sleep at all as it was so cold. "

"Lovely welcoming cheerful staff on every shift together with superb comfortable spacious bed and cooked to order breakfast. What’s not to like? "

"Good location for me to visit family though it is on a major roundabout so is quite noisy. Flat was clean and comfortable and warm. "
