"Booked into this hotel well my wife needed to be close while I had an operation in Royal Stoke hospital. Add a number of setbacks with timing and the staff here were excellent at rearranging nights I couldn't compliment them more on how they looked after my wife while I was in hospital. Even to the extent that after the event when my son had accidentally parked his car in the car park not knowing that he needed to register it they were good enough to resind the parking fine. Even on the day that I left hospital they let my wife come back and have a breakfast which she had missed earlier in the day"

"One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. The bar food and breakfast were both very nice and the bar prices are very reasonable compared to some other hotel brands. We stayed in a junior suite which was very nice indeed. The decor is very modern and appealing and the conditions room is a little gem too. My plans now are to return to play some golf here some time soon. Special mention to the member of staff who went the extra mile by escorting us to our room. "
