"Reception staff were really excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. However we were disappointed with dinner in the restaurant as we were expecting a more ambitious menu, rather than 'pub grub' at higher prices. Breakfast was much better. The bar was closed for redecoration so cannot comment on that."
"Accommodation and gym pool were fine but staff across different areas were all rude and abrupt and quality of food in restaurant / breakfast was poor"
