"The Lounge area was very nice, lovely reception staff and great breakfast but any joy ends there. The corridor towards my room smelt so bad. My room was tired and the kettle was damaged and riddled with lime scale. There was also a very musty smell in the bathroom. However, the worst thing was that the sound of traffic filled my room all night snd kept waking me up. I’ve stayed here a few times and never heard the traffic so probably down to the location of my room 😞 "

"Cheap and nasty..boxroom"

"Just had our second stay here and looking forward to our next one. Room was very clean and comfortable and lovely and warm. Big super king bed and very comfortable. It's handy having the Bar and Restaurant on the same property if you don't feel like going far....we had a nice meal there and the young Bar Man there was just brilliant, could not have been more helpful and caring. Tea/Coffee/Biscuits replenished each day. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice. All the staff were extremely pleasant and friendly. Plenty of parking available. A very well equipped gym available free of charge. All in all a very pleasant stay. Thankyou 🌟"

"They allow you to leave a case before or after you check out, for a couple of hours. The Travelodge suddenly stopped allowing this, so this hotel is much better for ITFC fans who don’t have a car in which to lock luggage. The breakfast is better too, although they could do with an extra coffee machine for peak times. They allowed me to check in early, which was great."

"We love this hotel, have been a few times but this wasn’t the best experience. We arrived and the pool heating was down, travel with me and my daughter and that’s the main reason we love the hotel which made it almost unusable. Then used the restaurant which was busier than normal, large roudy crowd and we were first ignored then essentially rushed out, only given 3 as when I have stayed before it had been brilliant."
