"The amenities were poorly maintained and not well cleaned. There was a broken toilet seat and we could not use it, broken shower tray and mould, cobwebs everwhere. We had no extra bedding for the guest sleeping on the sofa bed. There was a horrible smell in one bedroom and bathroom so we don't believe they have been fully cleaned. We tried numerous times to speak to the host to get this solved but no effort was made and our calls were ignored. Vrbo customer service were helpless and only said...

"This property is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood about 10 minutes walking distance from the tram. There is a great coffee kiosk across the street from the West Didsbury tram (next to the post office and near a really yummy pizza place). "The property itself was ok but it is joined to a building site and all you hear is stihl saws loud music and shouting and swearing from the builders. The 9 pm noise curfew is a joke, bangra until the early hours. Stay Angels were no help at the point of complaint, nothing we can do was their mantra."
