"Wow wow wow, we absolutely loved this little find, 'The Stable' is a beautiful place to stay, the surroundings are stunning, the accomodation is clean, beautifully furnished, excellently equipped and the host was lovely. The road leading up to the property is a bit of a bumpy one with a few potholes but the hosts prepare you for that in the well informed directions to the property. We will DEFINITELY be returning again next year, just perfect."

"It’s not worth the price we paid, we booked for 11 person but the bed can only accommodate 10 person that my son end up sleeping on the floor , upstrair toilet floor is leaking down to the kitchen, we emailed the host on the first day but no reply til we check out, So we have to share the the down floor toilet, the hot tub is dirty that we end up cleaning for us to be able to use, dusty and loads of cubweds in one of the bedroom downstairs."

"We stayed in the annexe was easy enough room for 2 adult and 2 children, house and gardens are lovely. Very remote if you want the quietness but not far to the town "

"We stayed at this beautiful cottage through New Year, family of 7 and dogs, it was everything that we expected and more. The cottage was absolutely perfect, there were plenty of lovely walks around, we hired E-bikes through Bear Trax which was fun. All local amenities which included shops, pubs and restaurants (dog friendly) were within easy walking distance. Highly recommend this cottage and we will definitely be back to stay again."

"Property is ideal for a couple, short or longer stay. Very clean and comfortable. Location is excellent within a quiet area very close to City Centre. Great shops - highly recommended Butcher - and three great Pubs with nearest next door but one and furthest about a minute away. Parking on road is limited to 30 minutes between 0800 and 1800, but parking available close by, and was ok. Would recommend this property."

"I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Riverbridge Cottage. We loved being in such a unique property, and its vibrant location. It was a glorious weekend and so we were able to use the first floor terrace. The cottage has all the comforts of home and Barbara and Neil clearly care about the cottage and their guests. Wonderful."

"Had no peace when in the cottage. The adjoining cottage was being refurbished so all we got all day was drilling ,hammering and sanding on the walls. Had to go out even when it was pouring of rain as couldn’t stand the noise."

"We had a wonderful time with a group of young people at the start of a 26 week employability and life skills programme. The rooms are comfortable, the kitchen is at the heart of the property and we could all sit around the table to eat our meals.The location is great for walks and the garden good for exploring. A fabulous time was had by all."
