"The room was clean. However, the use of artificial fibres in some of the bedding and particularly in the mattress cover meant that sleeping was lees comfortable than we are used to. Towel changes did not always happen, which during hot weather was not good. There was no shaver point in the bathroom. A mirror in the breakfast room was spattered and dirty throughout our stay which was in contrast to most clean public spaces. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was adequate but resulted in minor damage to our car which cost us heavily with our hire company. Disabled access into the hotel is difficult and main pedestrian access is via steps. Internal access is also challenging for those with mobility issues."

"Our stay at the lake hotel was simply wonderful. The room was very spacious, cozy, and tastefully furnished. It was spotlessly clean, and the bed was excellent. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, and the evening meals were outstanding. We especially enjoyed the sauna, the hotel’s private beach right on the lake, and our large terrace. In short, we highly recommend this hotel."

"Hervorragendes Haus für unser Familientreffen um 20 Personen mit vielen Möglichkeiten. Saubere separate Räume für zwei bis vier Personen. Spielzimmer und Trampolin wurden von unseren vier Kindern zwischen 3 und 12 sehr gerne genutzt. Die Küche bietet alles Notwendige für eine Gruppe dieser Größe. Ansprechende und stilvolle Einrichtung. Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber. Wir werden gerne wieder buchen!"

"Property is in an excellent location. The Altstadt is outside the back of the property and the shopping area is a block away. Parking is underground. The breakfast was great with everything you could want. The room we had overlooked the Altstadt area and was clean and quiet. If we return to Heppenheim this would our hotel of choice. Very highly recommend."
