"The hotel provides great value for the cost. It is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The staff are friendly and at night the front gate is locked, with a security guard watching it. It is a short walk to Quinta Avenida and to many great restaurants, yet it is far enough away from the clubs that it is quiet at night. My only criticism is that the water temperature is inconsistent (if you can get hot water, it takes a few minutes to come through the taps) and that the listing...

"Excellent location, right in the action, a block to 5th ave and tons of restaurants and bars. Only a few rooms in the hotel have been renovated to look like the pictures, mine was not, looked like it was renovated in 1970, but it was clean, no mold, no bugs. Bed was firm but comfortable, smart tv and good A/C. Big issue for me was no mini fridge. Ivan the manager was awesome, very helpful and kind. Come to party or bring earplugs, the nightclub next door gets going around 1130pm and runs until...

"Stayed here with my husband and in-laws after booking it the week before on a last minute trip plan. We really liked the hotel and its boutique feel. The pools were the perfect way to unwind at the end of the day. Staff were friendly. The hotel offers lots of relaxing places to sit/lie and read. I found the bed very comfortable and slept really well. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We were able to park our rental in the garage below. The area was really walk-able."

"Let’s starts with Sebastian, best bartender around. Carried a conversation with us for two days straight about Playa. Served up awesome cocktails and by far the best asset to this resort. Find him to be your bartender. Rooms were very nice beds comfy. If you have the standard room, you want to be in room 410-422 for a surprise! Wish Off the Hook was open to try but next time! Food was fantastic for what we had time for.. Mexican restaurant was decent but make sure you get to the Italian restaurant, Wow was our food amazing there! Pool was nice, but the food hideout is at the beach bar! Check it out! "

"We loved the condo & resort! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant & snack bar was very good. We also enjoyed the swim up bar. The resort had different activities during the week, which were a lot of fun. My daughters got a massage and they really enjoyed that! The condo was big, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. I liked that the 2nd bedroom had 2 queen beds and there was a second sink in the main bedroom. If someone was taking a shower I could still get ready. I really liked how the host, Pamela, had taken the time to write some check-in instructions but also had other helpful info in there. It really helped us choose where to eat. We really enjoyed our stay there and we would definitely come back again!"
