"This place is clean! Everyone we came back in our room the beds were made and clean. New towels and wash cloth. I had the best time. The mediterranean restaurant was amazing, the staff there Monday night was soo nice. Made my fiancé birthday special. Miguel Arcos was the best where ever I saw him. Definitely good time, only thing is Mexico is strict! Can’t do hookah on your balcony. "

"This resort was absolutely beautiful. They have different restaurants to choose from, just make sure to make reservations for the restaurants when you get there or you’ll only have the buffet, pizzeria or taco stand option. The pools were beautiful and DJ always had great music playing. We went during seaweed season but the resort was great on making sure the beach was clear of seaweed. Room was nice and soft beds only thing is first night had to call for restock on bottles of water but after that no problem. Felt very safe. So much to do. Definitely going back."

"This property was excellent from start to finish. The room type was preferred guest: partial ocean view jr suite/king. The room had an indoor bath jacuzzi and outdoor jacuzzi. Fully stocked bar with water, soda, and beer and snacks. The staff’s service on the whole property was excellent. Extremely attentive and accomodating. There are several restaurants to choose from- Italian, Steakhouse, French, Greek, Japanese Hibachi, Mexican and full room service as well. The service for the beach was just as great for any drink or orders you need. There were plenty of pools and activities as well. I would definitely return to this property."
