"We requested a ride from the airport to the hotel in advance and they did not answer our message, twice. We called a cab and couldn’t communicate where we needed to go so we called the hotel to help us and they hung up on us twice. We booked a room for two beds and a sofa bed and when we got there they said they do not have a room with a sofa bed for us and that we would have to pay extra for it. "Highly recommended! Walking distance to places of interest such as Muslim quarters, bell and drum tower and city wall. Near train station. Hotel provides mineral water bottles in a fridge that we can pick up easily. Exceptional service at the front desk as they provided cold drinks upon arrival and afternoon tea as one of our rooms were not ready. Hotel is new and clean. Excellent deco and attention to details. Would stay again if we ever visit Xi’an"
