"Great location, great faciaities staff was friendly and helpful. Location was ideal with the hotel having both beach and pool, beach is pebble so some may not like that. Highly recommend this place. Only warning is price does not include 15 E per day tax which would be nice if this was included in payment instead of asked for at the end of the stay/ "

"The food was excellent with plenty of choice. Both hot and cold options were available and varied each day. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I had no negative experiences here, the accommodation was as described and extremely comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. "

"From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a very welcoming host. He was always available whenever we had questions. The villa was absolutely beautiful and spotless, and the pool quickly became the kids’ best friend throughout the holiday. The old town of Rethymno was just a 20-minute drive away. All in all, a perfect stay – Alexandros was the man with the big smile and always ready to help."
