"Loved it! We’re planning to go back, food was excellent, staff was excellent and everything was so clean and everyone was so helpful! Also, it’s a few blocks away from Fifth Avenue, so always lots of things to do."

"Very clean room and hotel. Staff is excellent and hardworking. The beach is not accessible from the pool area and when the sargassum comes in part of the pool area smells . The entertainment staff makes up for it. The other workers work hard cleaning the beach as well. I also thought the food was excellent!"

"We been there 3 times already. Palace, Colonial and Caribe. Best rooms and beach - Palace, best food - Caribe.But you can go anywhere and choose whatever you want. will be back soon, we like everything there."
