"This is a great resort only if you have the swim up. The food was okay. Most of the bar staff were great. Waitresses walking pool side rarely came by even if you tipped well. The beach was unusable but not the fault of resort. Clean property. We didn’t have hot water our entire stay but was about the same temp as the pool so it wasn’t the worst. I did call front desk a few times but it wasn’t going to ruin our stay. Bellhops were amazing and friendly. One big and I mean big thing is there’s no timeshare people or presentation."

" The only thing i did not like is that as a vip guess, i was placed on the 3rd building away from the pool (8300 building), very long walk to the pool area. But the property is great, will definitely come back. "

The only thing is the lack of a sandy beach, but we did make great use of the pool by the beach side, and the restaurant on the beach is a great place to enjoy the evening. the staff are very friendly, and they do their best to ensure you are enjoying your trip.
