I would not recommend this hotel for two main reasons: Water Issues: The hotel controls hot water access to the rooms. I was unable to get a hot shower after a long day, and more frustratingly, there was neither hot nor cold water available for my early morning excursion. "The hotel was well located and well kept. The beds were nice and the continental breakfast was good. Cesar was wonderful! What a nice man and he was so helpful. Gave us ideas of things to do and helped us book a trip to the floating islands. Also helped us sort out the cryptic emails we received about our departing bus changes when we left. He was wonderful and made the stay much better"

"Spent two nights here breaking the journey from Cusco to La Paz. Friendly family-run place a minute or two from the Plaza de Armas, banks, restaurants etc. clean, comfortable rooms with hot water and strong wifi. Recommended, and would stay again."
