"URBN Boutique Shanghai hotel was as lovely as the photos in our Expedia booking website. Our room had lots of reclaimed wood on the floors and walls, spectacular tiles on the floor, many noticeable details that made it look modern but also comfortable. The shower floor and walls look like gray slate and it was really big with an overhead rainfall shower as well as a hand held shower head. "Nice surroundings but the villa is very cold in winter. We stayed a night in the winter. The villa was extremely cold. We called the front desk; a technician came to check and admit AC is not strong enough and would get a heater for us. But the heater never came and we had to call front desk again for a quilt. Avoid the villas in winters."

"Very centrally located, clean rooms, amazing buffet breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Dining options were great, well equipped gym. We had a family suite and it was huge. The only downfall was the cost of the washing/drying, and the cost of water and coffee. Otherwise, a perfect stay! "

Hence they have to provide the power extension core. Also the fridge is not working as well. "If you are attending any tradeshow at the tradeshow Centre across from the Himalayas, this hotel is ideal. Not only are the staff friendly and welcoming, the service is good, the food is good and the rooms are nice and clean. If you don’t speak Mandarin the staff are accommodating and friendly and will find a member of the staff to communicate with you in a friendly manner. I was never frustrated or left without anything. Going to the tradeshow only minutes away was extremely useful as casual...

"Great for weekend retreat or business. Rooms are quiet with solid wood doors. In new properties I usually have a hard time hearing all kind of noises. Superb German / Munich restaurant on site. Superb fitness club."
