"Great place to stay, breakfast was good but it was very busy on the first morning with what looked like a tourist group in, the staff were flat out - second morning was a lot quieter - I stay here regularly & it suits my needs well"

"Very comfortable room, plenty of space with a couple of armchairs to relax in. King size bed with adequate pillows and very comfortable to sleep in. Decent size bar fridge if you need to bring your drinks or snacks. Room service available from the restaurant downstairs. Breakfast has a wide range to select from in the usual buffet style. There is a bar area as well for that relaxing drink in the afternoon or before dinner. Staff were friendly and helpful with any enquiry."

"Excellent customer service good air conditioning strategically located property with easy access to trams n trains n walkable distance to Yarra River and Crown Casino Plenty of food options available nearby As for hotel breakfast all basic food available but rotating variety is welcome it's boring to eat the same everyday The rooms are ok can make them vibrant and improve on batter furniture with drawers Overall a good stay but not value for money"

"Very handy to trams and trains. The bed was a king with 2 singles pushed together, there needed to be a thick underlay so you didn't feel the join in the beds."

"The evening canapés is such a great idea, great selection of finger food and beverages, perfect for before a show. Room was massive and clean, king corner suite. Staff were all polite and attentive. Unfortunately buffet breakfast did not live up to chat GPTS recommendations. It wasn’t great, hot food was cold ( potato gems) bacon was not crispy actually soggy, staff don’t refresh or check when foods low. Sadly buffet breakfast we don’t recommend. Location great, next to theatres. "
