"Family friendly"

"Great place to stay in Shinjuku, very close to the train station and to restaurants and stores. Clean and very organized, has a washer in the room which was super handy. Highly recommended, management is super helpful and they speak English. We will be back!"

"Good value for hotel in Tokyo ."

"Nice hotel"

"I stayed here with a group of 12 people. We had 4 rooms. It was perfect! The rooms were spacious by Japan standards. "Close to shops and not too far from ikebukuro station"

"The room was clean and tidy. Quick responses from the team. Only issue was that we weren’t provided with any water for the first day and the sponge was also used. Other than that we had an enjoyable stay and were close to metros and convenience stores."

"Good location and clean"

"Beautiful hotel, good restaurants, helpful staff, great location, the only minus in our eyes is that they are definitely not prepared for English speaking guests as good as other hotels in Tokyo, not many English speaking staff, mostly no signage in English, not even on the TV. "
