Location was practical for traveling needs, and the hotel was very clean with many amenities.

I had a GREAT stay at this hotel! It was perfect for me traveling alone and not needing all the bells and whistles of a more expensive place. We really liked the suite for our family of three. It was super clean and very spacious, especially for a Japanese hotel room.

The hotel has a lovely modern feel. Beds are comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms are very small but manageable. On-site laundry is convenient, but the dryers take forever to dry clothes, about 3 hours per load. Train station nearby and many affordable restaurants are nearby.

Right next to Shin-osaka station. Really convenient. I could just drop off all the luggage and head off to the city. People were friendly and it was all great. I highly recommend to anyone.

The room was clean and looked modern, the hotel was right next to the subway station, and the staff were EXTREMELY friendly.

Very good value as well as extremely convenient. Rooms are very small, so if you are a basketball player please do not book this hotel, only suitable for very tiny people like me, under 4 feet, and less than75 pounds.

Doing a quick visit to Osaka, location is near shin osaka so i didnt have to walk far. Location is near multiple stations, was able to go into Osaka, Kyoto and Universal Studios easily.

The staff was wonderful, especially one of the auntie who was very kind and welcoming. The room was clean and well stocked with amenities, and the check-in and check-out process was quick and easy.

It was amazing here!! We stayed on the 20th floor and our window had a beautiful view of the city!! What really surprised me the most and am most thankful for was toothbrush and disposable razor blades provided!! I know for sure other hotels like in the Americas or Europe don't provide stuff like this. And the distance from the train station is close by!! I loved statying here and wouldn't mind staying here again ^-^

I had a wonderful stay at Four Points Flex by Sheraton Shin Osaka and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The staff were exceptional and ready to assist with everything from calling a taxi to shipping luggage. English was spoken. The best thing about this hotel is its location. It's incredibly close to Shin-Osaka Station, making it super convenient for catching the Shinkansen or exploring the city. There are also three convenience stores—Lawson, Family Mart, and Seven...
