"Cozy but also spacious! Owner was very easy to get in touch with (not that we had many questions) neighbors were really friendly and we were super close to Charlotte as well as downtown Matthews. Everything we needed was in the house. Super comfortable stay and the house was really cute!"

"This property the cleanest rental Ive ever stayed in. It was also the most well-stocked, with infant items, feninine products, and toothbrushes and mouthwash packets. The neighborhood is very nice and right near anything you'd want. The host was very responsive. I highly recommend this property!"
