I shared one tiny concern I had with my room, and the staff member immediately apologized and wrote down the room number and my concern. I felt heard and that they were truely going to look into it. "The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The beds were large and comfortable. The breakfast choices were good and plentiful. Having the use of the pool was a lovely addition. It was well placed to access Naperville and not too far from Chicago itself. We would stay again! "
